Cannot recommend Piercing HQ highly enough! Went to get my lobe piercings fixed up, and they did a wonderful job. Super sterile and sensory-friendly space, and amazing staff who were very informative about the process and the aftercare, and made me feel right at home. Thank you to Beau who did my piercings and to the rest of the team for being so wonderful :)) Will definitely return for any of my piercing needs! <3

Got my vertical helix and rook done here! Beau and Paulus were extremely kind and professional. I was amazed at how quick and (relatively) painless the processes were, it was honestly a very pretty comfortable experience from start to finish both times. Also a huge huge shout out to Bella for the being the absolute gem that she was! I had ran into some issues with my initial bookings and the following reschedules. She was super sweet and patient with me throughout the whole ordeal and we managed to sort it out quite quickly. Overall, I had a lovely time here. Looking forward to visit again when these two heal :)

Clean space, very professional staff. I booked an appointment to redo my ear lobes. Bo made me feel calm, he took his time with the measurements and explained exactly what each step he was doing. Minimal discomfort despite using an 18 gauge needle. Treatment room was clean with sterile instruments. Bonus is they have free parking onsite.

Have had 2 sessions here, both times an immaculately welcoming experience. Staff make sure you are comfortable and talk through the procedures before they perform the piercing. Lifetime aftercare is a lovely bonus, needless to say I am addicted and will be back in the future! Special shout out to Beau who did my latest piercings ❤️

Took my 7 year old daughter here for her ear piercing. She previously did the cartridge piercing but the earings were too small and didn't give her thick lobes any room to heal properly. The team at Piercing HQ are all so friendly, patient and experienced, leaving my daughter at ease even though she came in very nervous. Great range of earrings available and good facilities too.

I just got my septum and lip pierced, honestly the best and only piercers I recommend in Melbourne, the guy was so kind and made me feel safe, he let me take my time after the piercings. 100% recommend this place for anyone who wants to go get a piercing.

Beau was lovely. Really chill and friendly. Knew as soon as I walked in and saw all the leather pride flags that I was in a good spot. Really appreciated the chosen name and pronouns options on the paperwork. I booked in because my partner had her ears pierced here and wasn’t disappointed. You’ll probably see me in here again for an industrial after the current piercings heal up
